Is there any (non-canon too) JoJo character that can have fair fight with this dude?

Novel Dio stops time and donuts Aleister. Nobody in the series has outright resisted Weather Report. Aleister has no resistances anyway so he gets the snail treatment.
Just remembered it while reading the soul revisions, Aleister is the author of at least 3 grimoires, and even "small pieces" of a grimoire are enough to make someone mad. So, yeah, Weather Report is out. And btw, if someone can move outside the concept of time, time stop just don't work on them.

>So, yeah, Weather Report is out.

What's that gotta do with Weather Report?

Weather has 3 ways to induce snailing, subliminal messaging (this is what youre thinking of, but even then it may not translate to a solid resistance, Weather doesnt effect the mind, it effects the subconscious, it isnt quite comparable as it's effecting the subconscious and not the mind itself, so it's honestly a 50/50 on if it's enough or if it would cover subliminal effects on the subconscious), rainbows (if you touch a rainbow you become a snail), or touching snails (if you touch a snail you become a snail).

If his mind is in normal state, then aleister can kill himself and restart in a new body, the mind hax of Weather is the only "treat" to Aleister.

Weather Report effects the subconscious it doesnt directly effect the mind, (it's actually closer to the target in question effecting themselves unknowingly). I've heard that it can directly effect the mind after that though, but not in the way you're thinking of but due to the fact the target's brain literally becomes that of a snails. It's not mind hax like Professor X type mind hax, it's literally transforming the brain, which in turns effects the mind. It honestly depends on if Index franchise treats the mind as a seperate entity from that of the brain or not I think?

You do know it's accomplished by Social Influencing (Weird as it is) right?

Afaik, the mind and the brain are the same thing in Index, but i can be wrong.
They're also the same thing in Jojo but it doesn't stop them from turning into molluscs. Regular mind-hax resistance isn't going to cut it. You'd need to show that you can resist your sub-conscious being convinced that it is a snail not just standard mind-control.

Well that's a bit unfortunate.

>They're also the same thing in Jojo.

That's actually untrue, kinda? Both types exist in JoJo, in the same part no less, Whitesnake effects the nonphysical mind and Weather effects the biological mind and subconscious.

Well then, my mistake.
