Is Dragon Ball World smaller than Naruto World?

According to this guy in Google+ apparently using calculations, found out that the entire Dragon Ball Multiverse combined is much smaller than a single Naruto Universe. Does anyone have a confirmation regarding to what this guy is saying? What's the real calculation here?

Actually, I think it's a real calc (though that doesn't make it not a joke) based on the DBZ location maps logic.

I think he is using pixel measurements from in map of the DB Universe, which is infamously misproportioned.

If not, then I have no idea where the numbers come from.

Basically, there's a ton of DB downplayers who use the location map (the one that makes heaven look only a dozen or so times larger than a planet) to make Heaven and the Living World look tiny.

The calc uses snake way (which is smaller than milky way galaxy) as the radius of the universe despite of it not being exactly to scale.
