Is Base Mario scaled to Power Stars?

Honestly not a bad question. I believe he's put up with star users in base before, as well as actual Power Stars themselves.

If he were though, He'd have to be bumped up to MSS to galaxy level at the minimum based on galaxy creation feats and this feat, which is blatantly Multi solar system level at least.

I'll mainly asking this due to the impact it has on his powerscaling.

If he is, he needs to get his 4-A to 3-C Tiering back.

If he isn't, then the "+" from his High 4-C Base needs to be removed, as that comes from a feat performed by the Power Stars, which he supposedly doesn't scale to.

Well he can go up against a living power star and can take hits from people in spin offs being powered up by Power Stars, like in Mario Kart or Strikers, where they show up as items.

I personally think he should scale and get the 4-A/3-C Tiering.

Honestly it's kind of a long time coming since he's shown in many situations to be equal to Rosalina, who can block galaxy destroying explosions

We decided that Mario will lose the +, but not scale normally to 4-A to Low 2-C.
