Is "Anatomy of a Metahuman" canon?

Published in 2018,—during the Rebirth era,—DC Comics: Anatomy of a Metahuman is an (in-universe) report of metahuman anatomies, physiologies, and abilities conducted and indexed by Batman, including personal theories of how said abilities function. The book is in-depth and undeniably insightful, containing a wealth of precise knowledge on the nature of numerous heroes and villains (including Superman, Martian Manhunter, Bane, Doomsday, Cyborg, Aquaman, and even Darkseid); it is effectively a databook.

Is it considered canon, though?

I think databooks like Daizenshuu and such can be considered secondary material depending on how reliable they are. Emphasis on reliable, as while Daizenshuu is pretty strong in the reliability department for Dragon Ball Z, something like the Freddy Files would not exactly be a reliable source for FNaF.
