So Namor has the stat advantage, while Iron Man has the range (via Repulsors, Projectiles, Missiles, etc.) and hax (Info Analysis, Sonic and Sound Incap Attacks, Homing Attacks (Missiles), Shackles, etc.) advantage.

Who's better at mid air combat? Basically, who's more agile in the air?

Ex. Immediately stopping mid air, turning left or right, diving down, climbing up, etc.

Under these circumstances, my vote goes to Iron Man. Stark has far more range and versatility (at least in terms of what is combat relevant here), and in this environment, he can take full advantage of his flight to engage in aerial combat. While a strong aerial combatant in his own right, Namor will likely be at a disadvantage, seeing as he'll be faced with the Mark 46's sizable ranged arsenal to evade while trying to get in close. Against such a variety of ranged attacks, Namor will likely be taking quite a few hits, as many of his evasion showings against ranged weapons are accompanied by him also blocking and deflecting projectiles with his spear, which he doesn't have here. The Mark 46's nets and shackles would also at least slow down Namor if he is unable to avoid them. If Namor's wings get damaged during all this, he'll be put at an even larger disadvantage. While Namor might be able to close the gap to reach melee range, there is a good chance he'll be considerably weakened by that point, and Stark still has the ability to analyze Namor's fighting patterns to counterattack.

If they don't have knowledge on each other, what stops namor from zipping to the ocean to regain his strength immediately the fight starts
