With the release of volume 12 of Instant Death Cheat.
I'm here to propose an upgrade.
Cosmology Upgrade
Summary and Background:
In this previous CRT of mine, we've establish and accepted that Heavenly Record could contain more than a single space-time. To be more precise, it was shown capable of containing at the very least 3 timelines simultaneously.
First, I'll introduce everyone to a certain character, Lynel.
Lynel is a reincarnator who was brought to Heavenly Record from Japan 20 years ago prior to the main story by Goddess Vahanato with the ulterior motive of releasing her sealed lover, the Dark God.
His bad luck is so terrible that he's gotten into so many accidents and have already died so many times in the past. Even the goddess herself (2-C being) states that his bad luck is so bad it is the cause of humanity's downfall. Thus, the goddess granted him the ability, Random Walk, that every time he died, his soul would be sent to a parallel world with different possibilities. As a result, he would be able to continue his mission since the circumstances that caused him to die would be different (due to different possibility existing in different parallel world).
Now everyone should understand what I'm getting at here.
Low Multiversal (2-C) Heavenly Record (buff)
Whenever Lynel dies, his soul is sent to a different parallel world. Lynel mentioned in vol 2 that he had died 15 times simply trying to travel to a certain place to partake in certain trial which are open for everyone to participate.
Parallel worlds in this context are timelines contained within the same Heavenly Record where the main story takes place. The reason for this is that Vahanato's secret plan to him was to bring her inside the world and to release the seal on her lover, which is sealed precisely inside this Heavenly Record. Therefore, it wouldn't make sense to conclude that the parallel world in this context existed in a different Heavenly Record because her husband is sealed in this Heavenly Record, hence it must be inside this one.
And it is explicitly state that Random Walk only send Lynel soul to other parallel world/timelines with different possibility, we can safely assume those different timelines already existed simultaneously along with the main timelines since the ability only send his soul there whenever he dies.
This would mean a single Heavenly Record is capable of containing at least 15 + 3 timelines = 18 timelines.
If the above is accepted.
It affect Heavenly Record Eater which capable of consuming 4-5 record at once.
It would upgrade HRE AP to 18 space-time (low end) up to 90 space-time (high end) if we consider each record to contain 18 timelines.
Multiversal (2-B) Heavenly Record
In volume 12, it is stated that Lynel had experienced the effects of Random Walk countless times.
Which would equate to being send to countless parallel worlds/timelines.
Supporting Evidence:
In vol. 11, UEG met with a man having the power to connect himself with his alternate selves in numerous parallel worlds. UEG (1-B God) remarked, with this method his power is next to infinite. This "Next to Infinite" refer to his ability Acausality type 3, where no matter how many times he died to UEG, he wouldn't die until every single of his alternate selves died. Which mean, there exist countless parallel timeline where he exist, and so many it is close to infinite.
I believe this can be used to support the idea of the existence of countless parallel worlds/timelines inside a single Heavenly Record.
Range Upgrade
If above is accepted.
It would affect all Worldview Holder (Aoi and others WV Holder) to have their range increase to 2-C (18 space-time) or 2-B accordingly as it has been accepted that Worldview holder (Aoi being one them) can affect the entire record.

- Each Heavenly Record is a 2-C structure because it has been accepted that a record could contain more than just a single timeline, in this crt it has been capable of containing at least 18 timelines.
- Each Heavenly Record is a 2-B structure because Lynel's Random Walk have activate and send him to other parallel world countless of times. Meaning there's countless parallel world (timeline) contained inside the world (Heavenly Record).
- Heavenly Record Eater and, consequently, the characters who scale to HRE are affected.
- Worldview Holder range with their Worldview is upgraded to 2-B for capable of affecting the entire record.
