Trevor stomps, actually.
Trevor has far more combat experience. He trained in the Canadian forces, mind you, and has done multiple robberies in the past, and has the capability to wipe out an entire private army consisting of the best mercenaries money can hire all by himself with nothing but an AK. On top of that, he is far more durable, being able to tank truck crashes exceeding 25 mph (Which is a definite Wall level feat). Also, Trevor can kill large animals like cows, sharks, killer whales, cougars in 6 hits and one-shot armored police officers in a single hit, he can also harm others who can harm him.
Trevor starts using Red Mist, Vaas turns into a bloody paste. Vaas can't even hope to go beyond Trevor's Building level durability at that point.
