So theyre around the same level AP-wise but from the looks of it 076 is way more skilled

076 low-diff, for a few reasons.

1) 076 massively outskills Inosuke, he's been fighting for thousands of years, regularly overpowers platoons of trained soldiers and dangerous anomalies that are all way outside of Inosuke's pay grade

2) 076 counters a lot of what Inosuke can throw at him. Inosuke simply relies on using his swords to slice up everything around him, 076's extreme resistance to pain and ability to fight through injuries that would normally kill a person would give him an edge over Inosuke. The Low regeneration means nothing either, 076 did serious damage to SCP-682, whom I'm pretty sure has at least Mid regeneration.

3) 076 has a significant advantage in CQC. His vastly superior lifting strength means that he can easily grapple with Inosuke and would even be able to overpower Inosuke's defense without needing to tactically break through. Even more significantly, he doesn't need to close the distance between them, as he can simply stand off and yeet weapons until Inosuke dies (yes I know that's OOC).

So yeah. 076 pretty convincingly takes this
