Ink Fortress 2: Scout VS. Inkling

This oughta be a good one. Both have access to their full arsenals, and speed is equalized.

Mid-High regen.

Even if I'm iffy on this, the Scout can't bypass it, only the Pyro an the Sniper can.

I mean, what's the Inknling's justification for Mid-High regen?

I suppose it's the fact that he can turn himself into a liquid, which isn't nearly enough of a reason to ive him this level of regen.
