I dont remember when exactly but I know for sure this was definitely brought up before by Staff and it was rejected. Dark above in the replies confirms this happened as well.

@Prof if it was staff only then that would explain why we dont remember. Still they might have changed their opinion, not to mention, many characters have things like will grow stronger over time and stuff like that

Strictly on the subject of Infinite Zamasu:

I don't think there's really a problem with him being 2-C over time.

This, however, should not be used to scale anything other than Zeno and Zamasu himself. He never actually reached this level and was killed while he was still spreading.

What about Space-Time Manipulation via becoming one with the entire universe. I guess, Omnitraxus Prime also has STmanipulation because he is a living space-time continuum of universal size.
