『INFINITE UNIVERSE IN DRAGON BALL SUPER』

"Bulma stated the universe has an edge and a center". People like to use this as one of the debunks for infinite dragon ball universe, but it has a couple of problems. First off, bulma could just be talking about the observable universe

This makes zero sense. They'd be at the center of the observable universe, since, you know, that observable universe is based around the observer.

IRL, our Earth is the center of the observable universe because that's where we're observing from.

Why would it be any different in DBS?

Guides also say that the universe in beyond human comprehension, thus Bulma's view on the matter isn't valid

No. The Earth isn't the center of the living universe. People used to think that way a long time ago iirc the theory was called geocentric , but we've learned a lot since then. We're just one planet circling the Sun, which is just one star in a galaxy full of them. And our galaxy is just one of millions if not billions in the universe. The universe is expanding in every direction, so there's no actual center every point kind of looks like the center from it s own perspective. It's like being in an infinite field with no specific middle point

damage's point is that we observe the universe from our planet, thus we're the center of the observable part

we are of course not the center of the entire thing

I'm sorry damage but what even is your point.
as they said, false analogy in the worst way possible.

The observer here (bulma) can only observe what they can possibly see and analyse thus the observer in question is not reliable as they have spoken on a matter they have no knowledge and are inconsistent when compared to other more reliable sources. (Which the blog has proven)

What do you think my point is?

If you can't understand it from my post, I'm having a hard time thinking how I could rephrase it for you.

To be fair your point doesn’t contradict the thread in any way, it’s based on a false analogy that contains a single point instead of the central argument
There is no analogy in my post other than what the blog post has presented.

I just want to say this for other mods that'll see the thread since it's been brought up in the past....

if infinite speed Goku (and basically everyone post-BoG) seems like too much and if you're thinking it might be outlierish/contradicted, please note that a replacement MFTL+ calc for his current MFTL+ feat (now would-be infinite) is underway. in fact, as I said before, this thread was to be posted by @TheGodOfICE777 himself WITH that scaling option in the OP.

I'll stay neutral on the thread though for reasons I've already highlighted

i mean............we can just see the feat and calculate it to be proposed here as well? like, the calculation itself is easy if we have the feat in hand

I'll stay neutral on the thread though for reasons I've already highlighted
wait, you are neutral at the universe being infinite..........because someone else did it first? unless i misread some of the reasoning you gave earlier

No. This is not an infinite speed thread
tbf if it is accepted something would need to be done about that problem

Exactly, here it is just for the Universe to be infinite, they will then continue with their calculations.
i mean......for anything that would result from this thread, including adding any other realms as infinite, to be able to be applied, we would need to cover the speed thing as well........can't just half apply it, it makes no sense

The only kingdom that will fit with this will be the Kaioshin kingdom, it will return to being the size of the Universe (if anyone wants, they can remake the cosmology blog), and i will leave the speed to the calculation people.
