Assalt said the calc was fine, it's just that he wasn't sure about the feat because he didn't know if the radiation was legit, and suggested that I make a discussion about it, which is what I was gonna do here.
Basically, he's worried about the fictional aspect of the RFI radiation, but like I said, I think it holds up, as it was literally described as radiation in game, and serves as the "anti" form of Ray Field radiation, which can cause diseases and genetic mutation like real life radiation, and there was a direct mention of radiation poisoning involving the energy.
The boost would put the pre-inFamous 2 group slightly higher up on the MHS+ than they are now.
Basically, he's worried about the fictional aspect of the RFI radiation, but like I said, I think it holds up, as it was literally described as radiation in game, and serves as the "anti" form of Ray Field radiation, which can cause diseases and genetic mutation like real life radiation, and there was a direct mention of radiation poisoning involving the energy.

The idea of John breaking down electricity seems legit, and aw yis at loss removal, someone handle that at the removal thread. Though might have to make a new one for that too.
But yeah I think the stealth aspect of Delsin is notable enough to be described as a skill. And being unfazed by bullets.The relativistic feat makes sense and did feel like it was impossible to figure, but I think the outrunning an explosion part is not too bad. Just unbelievable to put him at relat level

The main issue isn't the believability, its just that Assault isn't sure what to do with the fictional aspect of the radiation.
Like I said, I think it holds up, because its been called radiation by a well informed scientist, RFI is anti Ray Field, Ray Field energy causes cancer like diseases, genetic mutations, etc, causes radiation poisoning, and I'm pretty sure Blast Shards are stated as being irradiated pieces of earth created by Ray Sphere blasts, and weren't Core Relays kept in lead boxes in SS? All of these are aspects that real life radiation have.

Anyway, just gonna leave some evidence here as to why Ray Field and RFI radiation should be legit.
Kuo, after reading through Dr. Wolfe's notes, states that the Plague is caused by radiation poisoning that stems from Ray Field radiation, and that the RFI radiation counteracts it. The Ray Field Plague is a cancer-like disease that can be particularly found in the lung/torso area.
Another statement that Ray Field radiation is released during a Ray Sphere blast
Kuo, after reading through Dr. Wolfe's notes, states that Blast Shards are irradiated chunks of earth that are produced from the Ray Sphere tests.
Dr. Wolfe stating that that Blast Cores, which are the produced by Ray Sphere blasts similarly to Blast Shards (basically super Shards), are the fuel for genetic mutations
Statement from Wolfe that the RFI is basically an anti Ray Sphere, built to counter its effects, so they should scale

He can easily rebuld his body from being ripped apart at the atomic level (atomic to subatomic level). Cole, even before gaining the Beast's powers, could manipulated Ionic Charges, ions composed of Ray Field energy, to manipulate his powers.
