Knuckles sits at 10,7 Kilotons for destroying an astroid, Mr. Incredible scales above Hypershock, who can create magnitude 6 earthquakes, which have an AP of about 15 Kilotons. Knuckles can negate the durabillity to an extend with Ice Manipulation.ElixirBlue said:

Knuckles also has Force fields to protect himself, however long they last.

When looking at Incredible's scaling there should be a bit of a chain:
Hypershock (15.1 Kilotons) < Omnidroid v4 < Gazerbeam < Omnidroid v5 < Gamma Jack < Omnidroid v6 < Omindoird v7 < Omnidroid v8 < Mr. Incredible
I'd think it's safe to say that Incredible defintely has an AP/Dura advantage, just not a drastic one. As I see it, this all really comes down to Bob's physical advantage and experience (he's met plenty of Supers with powers similiar to what Knux brings to the table, even if not all at once) vs. Knux's versatility. It should also be noted that Knux's durability is higher than his AP as he's taken hits from things stronger than himself.
Honestly, I just don't know enough about Knux to really say or feel comfortable with making a decision.
