Immeasurable speed revision

I also hope that it will work out, but we need to start a wiki project to find and adjust all of the currently inaccurately placed immeasurable speed ratings.

Hopefully Kavpeny will find the time to organise it. Othervise Ryukama might be able to help out.
 
I am constantly extremely busy handling a large part of the grunt work in the wiki, and various issues outside of it, so it would be hard for me to properly focus on organising myself.
