There is no response to the chicken leg being dropped.
After a brief walk, Alexander and his companion can see a small military encampment nearby, from a distance, Alexander can see unusual light blue energy swirling around some of the soldiers.

"Hmm. Manatech soldiers. That means they're from the empire. I can't believe they're trying to grab power while the demons are free to run the show like this. Be on guard, these arent ordinary humans. Now let's go." The man runs at the base at incredible speeds, his muscle mass seemingly increasing as he goes, he punches a manatech soldier that then promptly explodes.

Alexander unleashes his wings of fire and takes to the sky before, with a flap of his wings, letting loose a wave of fireballs at the soldiers.

The soldiers, noticing Alexander flying, pull out manatech rifles and begin firing volleys of energy at Alexander. Meanwhile his companion takes a few shots of energy but is mostly unharmed by them, he takes down two more soldiers, his muscle mass seems to have increased again. Three soldiers are eliminated by the fireballs.

Alexander and his companion eliminate most of the soldiers, both taking some, but not significant amounts of damage. A large soldier exits from a corner carrying a rifle the size of an adult man, it fires a large beam of energy at Alexander.
"Finally, some real action." The man says, bulking up even more and lunging to strike at the soldier.

As Jack approaches the creature, he sees several knocked down trees and gutted animals. He notices a tall, red, humanoid figure with long claws feasting on a dead deer.

The underside of the bridge looks as one might expect of an old bridge, however, a large hole can be seen in one side of the bridge's supports, snarling and skittering can be heard coming from the hole.

Startled skittering could be heard from the hole. A large spider, roughly half the size of an adult human briefly poked out to look around before heading back into the hole.

The underside of the bridge was now substantially more lit up, many large spiders could be seen moving around in the hole, which seemed to lead deeper in somewhere
Alexander's companion strikes the soldier and the fire connects soon afterward, the soldier's weapon is destroyed and it is damaged, it now leaps into the air to strike at Alexander.

The demon is startled by this, its neck is bleeding, but the head is still attached, the demon lets out an unsettling noise and wildly swings its claws at the attacker.

The laser destroys some of the smaller spiders, skittering can once again be heard as the creatures retreat deeper inside the hole, they are no longer visible from outside.

The hole is now completely lit up, the light is slightly painful to those around Silas, a tunnel can be seen leading further in, no spiders can be seen from where Silas or Dies are.

The fireball causes the soldier to explode in a violent way, letting out blue energy from its body, the explosion knocks Alexander back slightly. There are no more active soldiers left.

"I think this'll be enough to scare them off, from the looks of this encampment, they weren't willing to dedicate much to this operation, not even a single human soldier. We should take apart these though." The man points towards a machine that seems to be holding 5 inactive soldiers, one of which is similar to the large soldier from before.

Using my still incredibly amped speed, i slide my way under the legs of the demon to dodge the attacks.The Divine Phoenix said:

Then i kick the ground, turning around, jump up in to the air and use Stormblade to shoot a burst of lightning toward demon, aiming at the nape of his neck.
