I suggest making it speed equalized so Ikaros actually stands a chance.

R1 - Jibril (speed equalized to make it fair for Ikaros)

Jibril wins by virtue of taking Ikaros seriously and shoot her with her best attack, considering she won't be looking down on a fellow angel-winged being.

Jibril won't be tanking anything though.

R2 - Ikaros or stalemate

Ikaros because planet level to Jibril's multi-continent, unless speed is unequalized, in which case, a stalemate because Jibril's strongest won't be enough to hurt Ikaros, but Ikaros may as well be a turtle to Jibril's speed.
