Uhh... they'd need alot of time, alot of patience, and a really good fitness schedule.
and that's only the PHYSICAL portion.
It's nigh-impossible for a human to have the mental portion of the Composite Human because they'd need to experience and know every single thing a human has experienced and known in their life, and that's alot of things.

I seriously doubt that anyone can achieve the physical portion, to say nothing of the obviously impossible mental portion. It takes totally different body types and physiques to lift 6k pounds and run at Usain Bolt's speeds, and those body types are incompatible with one another. A human could become 9C with enough effort, and many are, but CH is above the realm of possibility.
