Ichigo vs Saber

There's not much going on in that thread, people suggest shit and that's usually it. They get a place without any real debate and then move on. That shouldn't even be considered in a thread like this.
 
Have people forgotten that the strength difference is enough for Ichigo to overpower Saber in a block

The fights where people say "Saber can't get hit unless there's a skill or Precog gap which Ichigo doesn't have" is not only downplay as Ichigo is pretty solid in his own right, but Saber cannot afford to block or deflect attacks due to the strength difference.
 
..... not really no. Sword saints obviously skill stomp, Karna stomps, insane Herc stomps, Cu, Scathach, Lancelot, Gawain, Siegfried, Sigurd, Bryn, Arthur, Archer, Diarmuid etc etc all are better in skill than her. Who does Saber ever beat that she doesn't out stat, counter or have the fight interrupted?
 
Herc have an AP advantage, but she was able to fight defensively in einzbern castle in fate route.
 
Fight defensively and was still losing handily while Zangetsu can catch her best hits with his barehands, let alone his sword that is then amped by GT.
 
You mean the person who is not only far weaker then Ichiho but Saber would have died against if Archer didn't assist? And if Illiya didn't back off?

I'm ignoring the skill gap because it's moot due to the strength that you keep ignoring.

Skill doesn't save you from strength, and the Heracles fight makes that clear
 
Heracles skill doesn't surpass Saber in mad enhancement.

Ichigo can block blows with the strength of Heracles with a Finger, show me Saber fighting someone that much stronger and we'll talk.

VN takes massive priority especially since she struggles far more in the VN against Herc

She also comments that he is skilled, not more skilled then her.

Address the strength gap between Heracles and Ichigo, who blocks blows from people as strong as Herc, with his finger.

Note that the 657 is passive from Hitsugaya no longer holding back and is consistent with Kenny as a patchless Kenpachi casually one shots the 10th Kenpachi who would scale to Shikai Tenso Jurin which is 513 megatons iirc. Honestly, just make this Bankai Ichigo and he still wins.

Saber wasn't losing because of AP but because her attacks couldn't get past godhand.

Strength was a factor, especially when Saber could only somewhat parry his blows.

God Hand helped, but the strength difference between Ichigo and Herc is massive.

He didn't block it with a finger he caught with his hand when Byakuya thought Ichigo couldn't move anymore.
 
in terms of Strength stat Hercules > Rin Tohsaka as master Saber = Emiya Kiritsugu as Sabers master > Emiya Shirou as sabers master. Strength stat only
 
The saber that got manhandled by hercules was Emiya Shirou as a master.

We are using Fate/zero Saber whom has a higher strength stat... don't know if that matters...
 
Numbers are number. Saber in Stay Night is stronger than Saber Zero however there's still a number that she scales to and Ichigo scales above a higher number than what Saber scales to.
