This is tough. Ichigo is on par with Base Yhwach who was stated in the novel to be superior to Gremmy and Shikai Kenpachi. With regular attacks Byakuya won't be doing much damage, he did less to Gerard than Shikai Zaraki could. However he might be able to land a fatal blow if he can get off a secret attack like Senkei. I'm assuming they are in character so Ichigo isn't gonna be bloodthirsty, which will give Byakuya a chance. But I still think Ichigo takes this High Dif for higher regular AP, likely faster speed, and blut that kicks in when his life is at risk.

Well I'm gonna vote for Ichigo, he's just barely in 6-B to the point where I just think he's only there due to him not properly fully scaling to Yhwach
