A icee battle between Noelle and Ice King Was originally going to pit him against Spamton but felt like Noelle made more sense given both have ice magic but I might make a Spamton version depending on how this match goes. Hopefully this isn’t somehow a stomp btw

-Speed is equalized
-Noelle’s fountain creation and using Snowgrave is restricted
-Both are allowed all equipment
-Battle takes place in a Dark World (Cyber City)
