In his first encounter with Ocelot Naked Snake displays Information Analysis by deducting what his prefered kind of weapon is due to the way his elbow moved while shooting. This would apply to The Boss, as this Info Analysis comes from technique and since The Boss taught him all he knows she would have it too.
This obviously scales to Solid Snake, he even has a similar feat with Meryl in MGS1, when he understands the fact that she's a rookie and has never shot before just by looking at how she holds the gun. He was also trained by Naked on top of being his clone, so he should definitely get it aswell
Now that i think of it, Sam should also get it since he deducted the entirety of Raiden's internal struggle and psyche just by seeing him swing twice (this is also considered an high-end info-analysis feat according to the wiki, btw)
