Such a jump in only 3-4 timelines with at least a 100 timelines of multiplying, I reckon PMMM is quite higher then we rate it.

Sooner or later, Madoka and the people who scale from her will likely end up scaling from Tart's final form, simply because Tart isn't the strongest magical girl to ever live (Although technically, final form Tart isn't a magical girl to begin with), nor she has universes worth of fate potential on her shoulders.

It's kinda like how everyone knew that Jiren was stronger than Zamasu, even before the actual statements.

But until then, we are stuck in a situation where Tart >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Madoka even if there isn't a real reason for that from a in-universe perspective
