"Do I need to give the definition of OOC? He will not destroy the planet. He was openly afraid of damaging the area in hs small squable with dopple."
Completely different situation. Max is in a fight where he has to fight someone much larger then him who can summon golems and wants to kill him. Why would Max not instantly go for the optimal option which would be to punch the ground and destroy the state, if not the planet.
"Him always going for the summons first? The golems looking more threatening then Han? Invisibility hiding han?"
I said instantly appear, which they do not. Also, if Han summons the Golems, why the **** would Max assume they are more threatening. Typically the Summoner is more threatening then the summon. Looking more threatening isn't the problem. Otherwise Han would go easy on max for looking like a kid and get punched into space.
Han is just simply dealing with too much to do anything. You brought up mind manipulation as a way for Han to one shot, when his mind manipulation is only temporary. So what else can Han do against the odds.
