I know Izuku has the advantage in stats and his danger sense is very viable. However Boi seems to have some advantages of his own that may overall let him win the match don't you think?

Deku should win this one as well. He has the superior range, variety of abilities that should allow him to outhax the boy. Examples being black whip, clones are pretty useless as danger sense+black whip would allow him to attack them all even if they come at his blind spots. You say smokescreen doesn't work but if he just becomes immobile and starts spinning then he ends up like Muscular. Wrapped up with BW and one shotted from kilometers away. Im pretty sure both flies but black whip and DS caries

If Deku just straight up smoke screen: full power he would generate smoke for hundreds of meters, possibly kilometers in an instant. This is on a rainy day imagine a normal day. Not only this with the use of danger sense he would already know where boi is. Not really I see the boi has up to planetary range with EM, if Boi duplicates then he'll have to deal with 7 elements if 2 elements fused specifically solar and lightning, he'll have to deal with a ton of bs EI, which btw is basically a SA for his speed to become SOL while being intangible at the same time, I don't believe that Deku's black whip is remotely enough to wrap around that Boi on 2 counts, one, a wind barrier (which could repulse Deku's blackwhip back at him) or two, EI (which allows him to slip through by becoming photons or electrons), Blackwhip would seem slightly redundant (Boi has fought someone who had wrapped around him with tendrils in the past likely would have countermeasures to that problem at this point in time) as well as Deku's Air manipulation (Boi could simply freeze all of his air attacks)

Deku won’t get hit by anything because he has Analytical Prediction + Precognition. In fact, he could easily restrain him because of his massively superior lifting strength (Class T vs Class M)

Try restraining photon or electron particles...NFL to say he won't get hit or impaled by at least one attack. besides, an AOE that is more than a few kilometers long is the norm when it comes to second tier transformations.
