I have several questions

1.Where does Goku's Portal Creation stem from? I've read a significant portion of the manga and kept pace with DBS and I never found Goku creating a portal to travel around.

2.Shoudn't Zen'ō have at least Class Y Lifting Strength? I ask this becasue A: He should have superior ability to Vados and B: he casually moved planets whilst utilizing his Spatial Manipulation.He didn't just destroy them,he pushed them around with a flick.

and 3.If characters like Frieza and Buu are able to resist being destroyed by the Genki Dama then wouldn't that grant resistance to Soul Manipulation?It's stated to only work on those with sufficiently evil souls.So if the tehcnique attacks your evil sprit and you're able to resist that then I believe that would quantify for resistance to Soul Manipulation.What do you think?

I'd appreciate if someone more well-versed on the series than I would answer these questions.

I believe #1 comes from Goku expending a lot of ki and opening a portal out of Hit's pocket dimension.

I think the Portal Creation should be removed as the instance was incredibly vague and dubious.It wasn't even explained or expanded upon.

Hit made a pocket universe from his stopped time, to attack Hit Goku needed to break through it.

Gotenks and Super Buu have portal creation for the same reason, they were in a pocket universe and managed to rip a hole through.

Though Goku's version might be closer to spacial manipulation

Well, the problem is that portal creation makes it seem like he can create them any time that he wants, rather than simply use brute force for purposes that it shouldn't work for, due to plot-induced stupidity, similarly to Superman and the Hulk.

Well, as long as the exact ability is specified, I suppose that it is acceptable.

To open rifts in space-time you need to affect space-time, that's self-explanatory. It's a very limited form of space-time manipulation.

The question is, should Goku be given a similar description to underscore that his ability is limited?

Well, we do know Dragon Ball characters can affect space-time in certain ways, either tearing rifts open or outright destroying pocket dimensions.

It's just Goku's application of resistance to time stop, nothing else. Goku can't create portals like Gotenks or Super Buu.

Well, perhaps Goku should have the ability removed, and Gotenks and Buu have their abilities modified?
