...I wish i were kidding but thats actually quite possible here...

Now lets see...

• They should have comparable experience and skill, though Yang likely edges out slightly due to receiving actual training alongside combat experience while Panty's is solely from combat experience
• Range is the same and both are just as capable at long range as they are at close range.
• Yang's Aura barrier would be quite helpful
• Panty has the AP advantage...at first. Once Yang's Semblance kicks in Panty is in big trouble which would likely lead her to transform...which would just amp Yang's semblance further. Panty isnt going down without a fight but Yang would outmuscle her in the end.

Yang takes this after a good fight.

Going with Panty. not only does she have the Ap advantage but in the event of Yang getting stronger she could also simply just transform and get much stronger as well, coupled with the fact that any damage she took prior to her transformation is nullified, now with a clear Ap advantage and Regen which should allow her to stay in the game longer i believe she could overtax Yang's semblance and defeat her.
