That's true, Rex outclasses Cyn in almost every way (Cyn will become 5-B, but even that) but Cyn just outhax Rex's ass

Wait Cyn is being downgraded? I was thinking that this match could work since 1) Rex has the superior Lifting Strength so Cyn can't use her Telekinesis on him, 2) Cyn never seems to fight seriously, 3) Cyn's deadliest hax(her black holes) is dodgeable, and 4) Rex can disable Cyn by hacking her.
But I guess this macthup doesn't work anymore due to the downgrade. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
