These are the only two abilities I can see issues with.

Text Manipulation for Cyn and Uzi (At 3:30, Cyn can make text appear.)

This seems like a Hologram.

Memory Manipulation, Hacking, & Possession/Mind Manipulation? (Uzi is able to use 2-4 circular devices on someone's head. Which allows her to hack into them, and steal their sentience, or access their memories and alter them.)

I don't know if I would call this Memory Manipulation or Mind Manipulation since I doubt this would work on a biological creature.

Oh also, this isn't Time Stop. It's very slow, but things are still moving.

Time Stop? for Cyn and Uzi (At 16:07; When Uzi bruned Cyn's core, it caused time stop, and it clearly shows since the snowflakes stop moving and everything had no color. It seems it might be either selective or the Drones can resist it since N and V seem to be still moving.)

So would this be Time Manipulation then since it's very clearly slowing down everything to a snail's pace, which would mean that the Drones would have resistance to said ability.

Mind Manipulation can't be applied if you're doing it on robots, rather, that would only be hacking.

One more thing I just realized.

If characters like Uzi can create futuristic weapons like her Railgun by herself then why isn't her Intelligence around the Genius range? The only way I see is because the verse takes place in 3071, so her Railgun is basically the norm within the verse, while if she did that today, she would be the smartest being on the planet.

Should we consider limited or minor EMP (Electricity Manipulation) Resistance for Uzi and complete resistance for DDs? She could at least move part of her body while under the effects of J's EMP and all the DDs in the room seemed to be unaffected by it as well.

I already added EMP resistance to N's page (That should probably be on the physiology page as well but for some reason it's inconsistent so we'll have to hold off on that I think)

Timelines don't really matter, plus if the only justification is just her creating futuristic weapons like a Railgun for atleast Extraordinary Genius rating. I don't think it would qualify.

Looking at the feat, it looks like a subjective time slow so they wouldn't

No, it would just give them Resistance to Time Manipulation since they are NOT slowed down at all.
