broly due to being more skilled in hand combat plus i think the ki will give him and adventage

Broly is untrained and psychotic. Flight and range give Broly an advantage while experience and regen give Hulk an advantage. If Broly actually gets stronger as the match goes on, inconclusive as both do the same. Otherwise, I can't see Brily getting past the regen.
