Pushing and pulling are part of lifting strength too. Though you seem to make sense, I don't know how Hulk can actually finish her off. Just saying that LS is not completely useless. Be noted that speed is equalized though.

Black widow would not be hit by a hulk that's as dume as the profile describes when there speed is equal. She'll easily dodge all his attacks and take him down

Speed is equalized in the matchup, not on the profiles. Also that means dodge won't be that substantial.

Anyway I think Hulk has better feats here, plus being physically larger than Black Widow givesher a disadvantage with the skillset she employs (essentially pole dancing them to death)
