How would one determine as objectively as possible how Strong (as in how effective in combat overall) a character is, and who do you think is the stro

King of Lightning's video on the top 30 strongest characters in One Piece has me thinking about this-- I think his rankings don't make sense, as well as his methodology for determining such ideas-- as he writes off how characters fair against each other, and just raw stats, while simultaneously listing characters who have less hax abilities over those who have demonstrated more complex abilities...?

How would you, reader, determine "Overall Combat effectiveness?"
