How to counter Causality Manipulation?

The title basically. How does one counter Causality Manipulation? And do we assume there's a limit to one's Causality Manipulation? Take GER for example. He has reverted Building level attacks, but is it assumed that he can revert all 3-D (and 4-D?) attacks? Or do we assume a certain limit because he lacks better feats?

Causality Manipulation can revert any attacks on its level of existence unless contradicted. As for countering it, resistance, higher dimensionality and Type 4/5 Acausality seem to be the only way.
Thanks for the clear answer. Does that include higher dimensionality attacks? Like would a 3-D character be able to revert 4-D attacks? Or does that depend on the dimensionality of the character throwing the attack?

To be honest, causality manipulation is very weird in how it interacts with dimensionality the more I think about it. I don't have a clear answer to that.
