How to calculate Hurricane energy?

Why this question comes up is because not all hurricanes are the same strength, and also aren't the same size.

For example the hurricane on Saturn could cover the entire Earth

All that we have is a page for hurricanes that states they're 8-A with High 7-C cloud formation and a number that's not from a calc.
