Yeah Piccolo should take this. He has better range, better skill, just better ablities in general. Why the real Saint Nicholas was know to be preticularly violant against heathens of the christian faith, it still isn't exactly fighting experiance. I don't think he will be able to use clairvoiance (Should it be cosmic awarness? Idk) in combat. Santa only is slightly faster due to the "At least". Stealth Master could help if he could use it here but he can't so yeah. Piccolo. Also P has better regen.

Did anyone even mention the fact piccolo could kill opponents stronger than himself with the special beam cannon? I mean regardless it's still a pretty big stomp but just wanted to put that out there.
