I believe he isn't any different from how strong her is within the rest of the series from what I know.

More like I do not recall existing any statements of him getting stronger or weaker in any respective game.

I mean iirc the Belmonts do get stronger with time so it would make sense if Dracula did as well.

Iirc its backed up in the lore that Dracula was getting more and more powerful each time he came back, it was why he had to be defeated the way he did in 1999.
