How powerful do you think the real life Observable universe is?

Right now the most powerful real life "character" is some weird gamma ray radation thing, which is cool and all, but what about the biggest thing the human race knows about, The Entire Observable universe? im guessing it would be Tier 3 or 4 if had a page.

It's the basis for Tier 3-A Attack Potency.

Universe level: Given that the universe's actual size is unknown, we do not know the amount of energy that would be required to destroy all matter within it. As such, the bare minimum value for the observable universe was calculated as a lower border instead (The PSRJ0348+0432 was used as a base). Any greater finite number is also included within this tier, whereas countably infinite numbers are included under High Universe level.

That's for destroying all conventional matter. Black holes are conventionally indestructible and only die over time due to Hawking Radiation and rotational energy siphoning.

If the OP wants a raw destructive force, black holes are still you're go-to. They break down matter into energy and collapse into either a 1-D structure or 0-D structure. If he's wanting a conventional explosion, supernovas of hypergiant stars are about as far as you can go.

Hmm, re-reading it, it sounds like he wants the effect "Attack Potency" of the observable universe. To get that, wouldn't you have to sum all things that produce energy within that area together?

In that case we can take the wattage of the universe. That seems to be estimated to hit 4x10^50, which is 4-B.
