How potent is The Ashen One's Mindhax using Raport?

Ive been confused about this for awhile now.

I'm not sure exactly how potent, but it'd be extremely inapplicable in Versus Matches. If I remember correctly, it only works on people inflicted by the Undead Curse.

That's as far as I remember, yeah. At the very least, I remember that was definitely the case in DS1, and I'm pretty sure it's the exact same pyromancy in DS3.

Well not sure if this counts but, there isn't actually a cap to how many enemies you can have under Rapport. So theoretically it could work on as much enemies you can spawn.

You can literally go to a crowd and it would work on all guys in radius of... idk. Just spawn countless enemies and see
