How is Hyper Sonic star level?

I was reading Sonic's profile and it stated that Hyper Sonic was large star level by scaling to Super Sonic. But Super Sonic is ranked as large planet level and thisarticle states the energy difference is over 3 billion, And our own attack potency chart states the difference is huge as well. So i'm curious how HS is a starbuster via powerscaling.
