A lot of the time when i see characters ranked at a certain level for a kinetic energy feat, their tiers are often vastly above any other non ke feat they or anybody they scale to has ever shown.
The thing im wondering is, when would a ke feat be too far above a characters normal showings and scaling to be accepted?
I can understand accepting it if a characters normal feats are around town level with a kinetic energy feat bumping them to city level. But when you have a group of characters who show nothing beyond small town level suddenly reaching large island level through ke calcs, things start to get really questionable.
