How to deal with feats with cut aways/transitions?

I'm close to finishing a Kinetic Energy calc for the MCU Werewolf-by-Night, the feat in question can be seen here. For velocity, I first considered using acceleration, but with what the scene provides it is difficult. Then, I decided to use distance (which I am able to determine) and time, which is difficult because the scene cuts away to when the punched guard hits the ground. So, my general question is, how do we usually determine time and other variables for movie/tv feats which include cuts.
