How do I calculate a creation feat?

I want to know how, on a similar thread here. Someone said they reflect it with AP, so how do I turn area into joules if thats the case?
If you are curious, the area for this thing is 8,397,491.00391m^3.

How long did it take to create it? Just assume its destroying it normally. I don't think you can use actual formulae

I think scale creation to destruction, so if someone creates something, then you scale the creation feat by how much energy it takes to destroy it.
BTW the value the value you gave is in m^3 so it's volume not area.
