A lot of anime and other media have characters split the clouds with their attacks to show how strong they are, so much so that the Wiki has codified how to calculate them.
But what if we took this to the next level?
This clip from the Dragon Ball Z anime has Frieza split the atmosphere itself by powering up to his fourth form, momentarily revealing space underneath it (Or overneath, in this case).
Whatever power is required to do this is almost certainly inconsequential to someone who can easily destroy planets and stars, but it's still a good example for a question I want to answer in general terms. What would be the average/"standard" AP value of someone momentarily tearing open the atmosphere to the point where outer space is visible?
