I will say Hoopa's summons will one shot Revan as he is baseline

That said, Revan can use TK to keep them off him, and ragdoll Hoopa to death quite easily.

Yes since Hoopa's mind control is able to work on Latias, Latios, Lugia, the Weather Trio, Kyurem and most impressively the CT.

Okay. So for Hoopa, his most notable thing is being able to call upon creatures that scale to being able to one-shot with their respective abilities. Meanwhile Revan's TK is pretty good and should ragdoll them, considering they have Class M, seems like.

For now I vote for Revan via TKing them into oblivion if he's as far superior as you say. Could probably do the same to projectiles.
