He can't heal from soul damage. He can heal the physical damage, but it also is damaging his soul, which GG him

Papyrus attacks hit the soul. They just damage the soul as much as they can damage the body. Since papyrus can damage his body, he can damage his soul, and will kill him eventually via destroying the soul. It basically negates regen and resurrection

She does, although it's a bit lacking

Peter does not necessarily regen from gunshots right away, I remember at least one instance in which he suffered extensive brain damage from being shot by Quagmire

I don't think he can win against a much more skilled opponent with guns even if he is slightly stronger
