HK-47 (Star Wars) Upgrade.

In Star Wars, HK-47 (Hunter Killer) is created by Darth Revan as a Jedi-Killer droid, and according to voice-lines, he actually completes these kills.

Shouldn't that mean that HK-47's reaction speed should be at least comparable to novice jedi?

No, only that he was "created and trained to kill Jedi" to which HK replies with. "Affirmative. I am very good at what i do"

That could mean the robot sneaks in where jedi are sleeping and kills then like a ninja for all we know.

Ignore the fight but in SWTOR he fights the Sith who attack the Foundry. They eventually kill HK-47 and Revan.

Mmm because we have no direct feats for the Jedi, even novice padawans. He could likely scale to weaker Jedi and Sith.
