Hit's time manipulation, High 3-A potency or hax

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JV1s4sodFw4 As Vados explains here Hit, being 4-D, is able to manipulate time to create a separate space/miniature universe where only he can move around in and perform his job, and that's no small feat at all. And because he's like a Saiyajin with getting more powerful with each intense battle, he can also manipulate how long he can keep his time skip up. There is another point I'd like to point out. Hit vs Jiren https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLvsU9-WqbY Yeah I know, he lost but he sure was doing a better job fighting him than when Goku fought Jiren before obtaining Migatte no Gokui Kizashi. And we also see that Hit can trap his opponents in a time cage, if they don't break out, and he even makes his own "time rasengans" with time cage. Now I'm not taking a stance of whether Hit is High 3-A or not, I'm only stating the canon but I will take votes based on what you guys think. Is Hit high 3-A? Yes: No:

Discussed before and High 3-A / Low 2-C Hit was rejected, because he damaged / affected Jiren with hax not AP.

We've been over this before. High 3-A or Low 2-C Hit was rejected.

He damaged Jiren with hax, not AP and Hits dimensions are not actual universe sized.

Him trapping people in a time bind isn't justification for High 3-A or Low 2-C.
