Hit (Double Exaggerated) Revision Thread

I've been informed that it wouldn't make sense for Hit to be LV2 via transformation, while only LV1 without the transformation.

This thread shall be used for the purpose of revising Hit (Double Exaggerated)'s stats, not just currently but also in the future.

Dunno, super ultra mega hyper supressed hit could be statless or somethin', then by the time he reaches 10% to 100% he could be truly statless and then sum more, the golden could be getting close to awesome lv and then solid awesome lv for pure gold becuz shinning awesome.
