Nope, 9-C's tier peaks out at the Barrett M82's muzzle energy due to it being able to shatter multiple cinderblocks. And CH is waaaaaaaaaay too overpowered for peak human standards AKA CH is superhuman by every imaginable standard you can think of.The Smashor said:

Things humans do without weapons decide what 9-C's upper limits are. A human did a 9-B feat and we changed the energy for 9-C and 9-B so that it would be a 9-C feat since 9-C is peak human stuff.
