So, i've noticed that altho punch out is a pretty important verse for vsbw, it's quiete outdated as the last time the verse was majorly updated was in mid 2023, so i would like to do something about it.

- Making the calc section of the verse more like this.
- Giving Nick Bruiser the same rating as other character punch up characters, as there are some normal Punch Up characters in Super Punch Out!!.
- Doc Luis not being weaker than his PRIME self.
- Adding a title defense tier to all characters that appear in punch out Wii.
- Separating NESS continuity from the Wii continuity of punch out.
SCALING IF THIS GETS ACCEPTED
- NESS scaling: Stays the same in terms of ap, in speed however every fighter that is Subsonic+ rating.
- Wii scaling (pre-title defense): Same thing applies here, but here in a more drastic matter, every character before title defense should be Wall level as they are supposed to be weaker to their title defense counterpart (where they train themself to defeat mac), while for speed they should always be in the Subsonic range as we can see that Don Flamenco punches can leave after-imgs (he does it also in his fight intro), this tier should be consistent as we got other characters that have attacks that are hard to percive with the naked eye and Piston Honda rush also slows down time (this is not a game mechanic as we got other characters that stop the timer while doing their special attacks instead of slowing it down).
- Wii scaling (title defense): All characters scale to the Small Building Level feat (altho they all downscale from it), all characters should already be in that Supersonic+ range due of Great Tiger's feat and other supportive stuff like Hondo catching up with a bullet train or always him catching a katana.
