Is that the only even remotely universal feat in the verse? It was also preformed by arguably the 2nd or 3rd strongest character in the entire series.
This feat is the only feat of this level and is not preformed by a god tier, given essentially every other feat is tier 6 of below besides 2 tier 5 feats and a very vague possible tier 3 statement it simply seems to inconsistent to use this alone to scale 60% of the verse to High 3-A

It's anime canon. Tabata and his team worked with the anime staff to create the timeskip arc in the anime. So it's canon.

Both sides of the argument are valid and all of this can be solved by just giving her a High 3-A creation which isn't her destructive capabilities, that will make everyone happy. Hopefully.

Im not about to go and explain everything for Yhwachs scaling bro. The entire point of yhwach is to merge the worlds and absorbs power from SK who holds them together. Dorothy doesn't have anything as in depth as Yhwachs scaling

I wouldn't say, that the ENTIRE anime is canon, per say. But the episodes that took place between Asta meeting Lolopechka, and the end of the 6 month timeskip are. As Tabata and his team worked with the anime staff to create that story. And many of the happenings in those episodes appeared in the manga.
